Paula Abdul chats with Clinton Sparks about her new show “Paula Abdul’s RAH Cheerleading Bowl” and Simon Cowell on the Daily 10.
Abdul, who is a creator, executive producer and host of “Paula Abdul’s RAH Cheerleading Bowl,” in addition to her other projects, loves a busy schedule: “This is how it works with Paula Abdul. I'm crazy like that. I love multi-tasking. And it's like… I only sleep like three hours, three and a half hours a night.”
Abdul handpicked the squads competing in the show: “Okay, you gotta have talent but when you have talent you may not be the best as if you have heart. Heart always wins out.
You have to have passion. It was overwhelming the tapes that were submitted. My whole… my whole being is about being… celebrating the underdog. 'Cause my whole life everyone has said you'll never be, you'll never be…And I became.”
Regarding what viewers have to look forward to on the next season of “American Idol,” Simon's man boobs got bigger.”
