Paula Abdul In case you forgot, former Los Angeles Laker cheerleader and late '80s/early '90s pop bombshell Paula Abdul once was quite a presence on radio ... for a short spell anyway.

The fruits of those days will be made available on March 14 when Virgin Records releases the Best of Paula Abdul, a 15-song compilation highlighting
her best work.

"Straight Up," "Cold Hearted Snake," "Forever Your Girl," "The Way That You Love Me," "Knocked Out," "Rush Rush," "Opposites Attract," and "Promise of a New Day" are all included. The compilation does include one new track, "Megamix Medley," which, consistent with its name, is a hodgepodge of Abdul's hits.
