Paula Dances to the 'Silly Willy'!

PAULA ABDUL lent her amazing dance talents to some star-struck kids from "Sesame Street" -- ELMO and his very best buddy, ZOE!

ET caught up with the star choreographer on the groovy set -- teaching Elmo, Zoe and some other cool kids a bunch of different dances for a brand-new video! "I love Paula, she's so much fun!" Zoe exclaimed.

"Zoe and I are putting together an instructional dance video," Paula told us, "and it's the most fun I've ever had!" Among the many different moves demonstrated are African, ballet, tap, hip-hop, and Zoe's personal favorite, the "Silly Willy Nilly" dance!

Paula also revealed that she will be getting back to work for the second season of "American Idol" soon. "I'm really excited to come back. There will be that much more talent, and there'll be a few surprises and changes!"
