Paula Abdul Sells Her House

Paula Abdul recently sold her home in the Beverly Hills area to actor
Tom Arnold for close to the original asking price of $2.4 million, according to reports.

The L.A. Times reported that Abdul, 36, paid $2.9 million for the home in
1991. It's been on the market since 1996 when the singer/choreographer married clothing manufacturer Brad Beckerman.

Abdul filed for divorce in March and reportedly now lives in a condo in nearby West Hollywood.

The Spanish-style home, built in 1990, is in a gated community and has
five bedrooms in 6,800 square feet. It has a rotunda entry, a fresco on the ceiling, carved stone fireplaces, a gym, koi pond and a lagoon-style pool, the paper said.

Abdul Abdul has signed a multi record deal with Mercury Records. She soon can be seen on The Movie Channel in the romantic mystery film "The Waiting Game."

Actor/comedian Arnold, 39, is the ex-husband of actress Roseanne Barr.
