Attention, Mark McGrath: Paula Abdul wants to be forever your girl. The MTV choreographer-turned-pop strumpet-turned-aging groupie crashed the
Sugar Ray front man's late-night dinner party at L.A.'s Barefoot restaurant following the American Music Awards, and even succeeded in lip-locking with the "Fly" guy himself.

A week later in New York, Abdul was spotted standing outside McGrath's
hotel. Not that he plans to get a restraining order anytime soon: "She's hot," says McGrath.

Straight up, now tell me are you gonna stalk him forever?...
